About the role
The Senior Director of Operations Strategy and Optimization will lead the cross-functional strategy and execution of fulfillment systems and inventory, packaging operations, and continuous improvement. This role ensures that our operations, systems, tools, processes, and people are aligned to drive efficiency, compliance, and scale across our hybrid fulfillment network.
You'll lead a growing team across systems engineering, packaging execution, inventory management, and continuous improvement — and partner deeply with Engineering, Product, Fulfillment Ops, and Supply Chain.
As Hungryroot continues to scale its company-owned fulfillment center network and manage 3PL partnerships, we are investing in world-class systems and operational infrastructure to support accurate, efficient, and safe delivery of food to our customers.
