10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in mobile development and 3+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading high-performing native mobile teams delivering complex, customer-facing apps at scale.
Deep technical expertise in Swift, Kotlin, Android/iOS SDKs, and architectural patterns like TCA, MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture.
Experience leading organizational change and modernizing legacy teams or codebases.
Strong business acumen and a passion for delivering measurable customer value.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
A curious, growth-oriented mindset with a bias for action.
Experience in mobile analytics, A/B testing, or growth experiments.
Previous work in consumer tech, retail, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with accessibility standards, internationalization, and mobile performance tooling
