In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, generating insightful reports, and developing interactive dashboards that enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions. You will utilize tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, and other visualization platforms to integrate, transform, and present data in meaningful ways. This is a hybrid role that blends both data analysis and development expertise to deliver actionable insights. - Report Development: Create, design, develop and write interactive and dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI, Sigma, or similar tools, tailored to meet the needs of different business stakeholders. - Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, providing business leaders with data-driven recommendations. - Automation & Optimization: Develop automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of reports. - Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and data engineers to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity. - Data Integration & Transformation: Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure it is clean, accurate, and ready for analysis. - Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain clear documentation for data pipelines, reports, and dashboards to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices. - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 5+ years of experience with SQL for querying databases and Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis. - 5+ years of proven experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, or similar BI tools. - Strong understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly reports. - Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development. - Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and deliver insights. - Experience with data modeling and data warehousing is a plus.
