Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Executive to strengthen our sales efforts and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving direct sales, managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic selling of software and technology solutions.

This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong C-level engagement capability and a proven track record in IT or software solution sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field
3–4 years of experience in direct sales and account management
Prior experience selling software solutions / IT services is highly preferred
Exposure to process industries, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial automation is an added advantage

Drive direct sales and account management for enterprise software and IoT solutions

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
