• As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
• Processing high volumes of invoices and payments across multiple platforms.
• Resolving vendor payment discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
• Creating journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Communicating with stores, departments, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Supporting specialized AP functions including liquor/utility invoices, petty cash, corporate purchasing cards, and 1099 administration.
• Handling store-related AP tasks such as invoice resolution and vendor compliance.
• Managing fixed asset AP including capital purchases and depreciation setup.
• Partnering on process improvements and training across AP functions.

Your Recipe for Success To Thrive In This Role, You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel (intermediate), and ERP systems (preferred).
• Experience with Basware, D365, Fintech, and/or Concur is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
