🧑⚕️ What You’ll Do as a
Solutions Engineer
This role is a vital connection point between the customer and the integration team.
The bulk of your time will be spent:
- Engaging with customers on calls at all stages of the product lifecycle from initial engagement to ongoing support.
- Working closely with the engineers in the team to understand options that can be taken to customers.
- Understanding the integration team technical estate and medical domain so that you can be the advocate for them on customer calls.
- Supporting your engineering manager in managing the customers and their expectations.
- Acting as the primary liaison and communication bridge between the customer and the engineering team, focusing on clear translation and expectation management rather than technical solution design.
✅ What Experience You’ll Bring to the Team
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional communication and written skills for customer engagement and collaboration with the engineering team.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- An understanding of the healthcare/medical domain and working in a compliant environment.
- An understanding of web development paradigms including RESTful APIs (JSON, XML, SOAP) and authentication methods (oAuth/JWTs).
- Knowledge of FHIR (R4) standards and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and their integration requirements
