We are looking for bright and enthusiastic Solutions Engineers to join us in building the next generation of automation in customer communications. You will work in a team of highly skilled and experienced developers passionate about building scalable applications that deliver magical customer experiences. We specialize in conversational language technologies and constantly innovate around how businesses can automatically attract, support, and upsell customers 24/7 using Artificial Intelligence.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting technical onboarding and configuration for our clients—including API integrations , widget configuration , and scripting for custom workflows . You’ll also engage in API management , server debugging , log analysis , and system administration to ensure each solution is robust, scalable, and tailored to the unique needs of the businesses we support.
