Lead the onboarding process for enterprise customers, tailoring integrations to meet their unique business requirements.

Utilize your coding and scripting skills to create customized solutions that extend the product and address each customer’s specific challenges.

Provide premium support to our most significant enterprise customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to develop creative solutions and build internal tooling to improve efficiency.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has a solid technical background with 3+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a related client-facing technical role, including coding and script-writing capabilities.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Demonstrates a good product sense, able to work closely with product managers and engineers to devise custom solutions and workarounds for enterprise clients.
Shows proficiency in various technologies, including Python, Django, MySQL and AWS
Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Is eager to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Salary Range: $155,000 to $185,000 USD per year.

This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
