SALT AI - SOLUTIONS ENGINEER
Salt AI empowers life sciences, pharma, and bioengineering organizations with robust, scalable, and transparent AI solutions. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve a technical role in the customer-facing arm of the Salt AI team, leading customers through the lifecycle from sales, to deployment, to custom AI pipeline builds, through value delivery. Our platform prioritizes performance, compliance, and a collaborative interface for quickly integrating best-of-breed AI models in specialized use cases for life sciences customers, leading with R&D applications and branching into other parts of the life sciences value chain.

- Rapid adoption and deployment of Salt AI solutions, leading to measurable customer value.
- Proactive resolution of data integrity, compliance, model, custom node, and pipeline challenges.
- High customer satisfaction and ongoing expansion of Salt AI usage driven by your expertise and partnership.
- Positive feedback from live customer interactions.
Background & Skills
- 1-4+ years in a customer-facing technical or consulting role, ideally at a top firm (Accenture Health, Deloitte, or equivalent) delivering projects for large pharma, biotech, or healthcare customers.
- Additionally, 1-4+ years in a life sciences company in a hands-on digital role such as data science, data engineering, software engineering, or similar.Preference for sector exposure in the R&D value chain.
- Hands-on familiarity in AI/ML tools and pipeline platforms with proficient Python and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) skills preferred.
- Strong understanding of bioengineering, clinical research, and scientific data management (e.g., experimental data, regulatory submissions, data integrity best practices).
