Responsibilities:

• Onboard customers to our suite of models, providing guidance on prompting, inference optimization, evaluation, and finetuning, ensuring the best production integration.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and BD teams, and engineers on complex customer projects, enabling the deployment of our models into production use cases with significant business impact.
• Act as BFL’s central internal hub, connecting the go-to-market, engineering, and applied research teams.
• Create reusable and scalable technical enablement resources to amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Translate customer technical feedback into actionable product insights and collaborate with engineering and applied research teams to implement required product updates and new features.

Ideal Experiences:

• Deep understanding of generative AI and hands-on experience with serving generative deep learning models, particularly large diffusion models.
• Proven track record in solutions engineering and working with customers on large and complex deals.
• Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support.
• Experience in explaining sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders, adapting messaging to different audiences, and explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Nice to Have:

• Proven ability to architect solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Contributions to open-source projects, particularly in the space of diffusion models.
• Experience with cloud platforms and state-of-the-art deployment solutions for diffusion models.
