JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer to join our growing team at Storyblok. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with the sales, product, partner, and customer success teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that address the challenges of our enterprise clients. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Partner with our account executives to identify client needs and articulate how Storyblok can deliver value to our enterprise prospects.
• Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create and present technical proposals, diagrams and proof-of-concept solutions, as well as sample applications, prototypes and code samples to showcase the power and flexibility of Storyblok.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the headless content management space, advising clients on best practices, integration strategies, and optimization opportunities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Fluency in English and French is required. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Past work experience as a web developer or software engineer.
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is an advantage.

• Réaliser des démonstrations produit et des présentations techniques approfondies, adaptées à différents types d'interlocuteurs, techniques comme non techniques.
• Concevoir et présenter des propositions techniques, des diagrammes d'architecture et des proofs of concept (POC), ainsi que des exemples d'applications, prototypes et extraits de code afin d'illustrer la puissance et la flexibilité de Storyblok.

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE

• 2+ ans d'expérience en solutions engineering, ingénierie commerciale ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d'une entreprise SaaS B2B.
• Expérience préalable en tant que développeur web ou software engineer.
• Bonne connaissance des écosystèmes logiciels d'entreprise et des pratiques d'intégration.
• Capacité démontrée à expliquer des concepts techniques complexes à des publics non techniques.
• Excellentes compétences en présentation, communication et résolution de problèmes.
• Une expérience avec des CMS monolithiques/traditionnels (ex. : WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) est un atout.
• Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
• La maîtrise du néerlandais est un atout.
