Position Overview
The Solutions Architecture, GTM Strategy Director/Senior Director is a key member of our commercial organization responsible for pre-sales solution design, project scoping, and handoff to delivery across all N-Power products. This role serves as a highly technical and analytical counterpart to Sales, translating pharma partner needs into credible, executable, and scalable solutions while ensuring alignment across product, data science, engineering, and delivery teams. This is not a quota-carrying sales role but it is a deal-shaping, trust-building, and execution-enabling role.
This position is remote within the United States.

Pay Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $185,000 and $225,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. N-Power Medicine (NPM) offers equity and company benefits at hire.
This role also includes a competitive incentive compensation component tied to performance and company objectives. Additional details on the incentive structure, targets, and payout cycles will be shared transparently during the interview process.
