This role sits at the intersection of technical depth, customer engagement, and infrastructure expertise. You’ll help customers optimize their AI workloads, design high-performance GPU clusters, and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success on Nscale.

What You'll Do

• Work with customers to understand their AI workloads, technical requirements, and scaling needs
• Design tailored GPU infrastructure solutions—capacity planning, cluster design, networking, and performance optimization
• Provide architectural guidance across compute, networking, storage, and deployment patterns
• Collaborate with engineering and ops teams to ensure customer solutions align with Nscale standards
• Support onboarding, proof-of-concept projects, and GPU cluster deployments
• Troubleshoot architecture-level challenges and recommend best practices for performance and cost optimization
• Create solution diagrams, architecture documentation, and technical proposals
• Own and create BOMs for customer solutions including RFQ process and pricing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Nscale’s platform, features, APIs, and capabilities

What You Bring

• 4+ years in solution architecture, cloud architecture, systems engineering, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of GPU compute, HPS, AI/ML workloads, and high-performance infrastructure
• Knowledge of networking (L2/L3, InfiniBand, RoCE), storage systems, and distributed compute patterns
• Experience designing or supporting GPU infrastructure clustes
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear, scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, product, and customer teams
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems, containers, orchestration tools, or ML frameworks

Nice To Have

• Experience with GPU cluster management, high-density compute environments, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability tools, or performance profiling for AI workloads.
