💡 Overview The Solutions Architect sits within the Tech org, as part of the Delivery team. Your mission is to help our biggest prospects and customers understand what “good” looks like technically, then design a ScorePlay-backed workflow that actually works in the real world.
This is a role focused mainly on partnering closely with Sales to scope needs, answer technical questions, and build trust with broadcast, media, and IT stakeholders. The remaining time is spent on internal enablement and project work: improving how we scope and price deals, building repeatable templates, and coordinating with partners and suppliers when solutions involve more than just ScorePlay.
You will be a translator and a trusted advisor: one foot in customer reality, one foot in our engineering context. You are not here to “pitch.” You are here to make the right solution clear, credible, and feasible.
