What We’re Looking For

• Direct experience in the insurance industry (agency, carrier, MGA, or insurtech), with a strong understanding of day-to-day operations such as policy servicing, claims intake, renewals, or customer support.
• Proven client-facing experience in advisory, consulting, solutions engineering, or relationship management roles.
• Ability to grasp and explain AI-driven software solutions in practical, business-focused terms, no technical background required.
• Familiarity with common insurance tools and platforms (AMS, CRMs, claims systems, dialers, or scheduling tools).
• Self-directed, thoughtful, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment with minimal hand-holding.
• Motivated by helping a traditional industry adopt modern technology in a responsible, compliant way.
