We’re looking for a Solution Engineer who’s part tech-wizard, part communicator, to bridge the gap between complex EMS systems and customer clarity.

🔥 What you’ll be doing:
👉 Own product demos: show how our EMS solves real energy problems with clarity and impact.
👉 Join discovery & pre-sales calls with sales or partner teams to assess technical fit, data, integration needs, and architecture.
👉 Design tailored EMS solutions: simulations, integrations, setups depending on client needs.
👉Answer technical questions, validate requirements, and help build proposals that make sense, without techno-babble that scares clients.
👉After discovery: prepare documentation, validate assumptions, support onboarding scope & simulation setup.
👉Maintain deep product expertise: know the EMS, forecasting engine, APIs, deployment scenarios, and stay up-to-date with improvements.
👉Feed customer & market insights back to Product & Engineering: help shape roadmap with real-world feedback & edge cases.
🎯 What we’re looking for:
✔️ You have experience in a customer-facing technical or consulting role (Solution Engineering / Pre-Sales / Energy Analysis / similar).
✔️ You understand SaaS, data, APIs or energy systems (bonus if you’re also familiar with EMS / battery / PV / grid-constraints).
✔️ You can explain complex technical concepts simply to non-tech stakeholders. Clarity is your superpower!
✔️ You enjoy demos, customer interaction, and getting into the weeds when needed, but can stay calm and composed under pressure.
✔️ You think structured and analytically. You are able to translate requirements into clear next steps and documentation.
✔️ You like bridging product, engineering and sales, working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes.
✔️ You speak fluent Dutch and English.
