About the Role As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be a technical leader in deploying and scaling our robotic systems across varied customer environments. You'll architect end-to-end solutions, deeply collaborate with customers, and work with internal teams to drive both deployment success and long-term product improvements. You will own integration from API to hardware, mentor teammates, and influence the future of our robotic platform through direct field experience and technical leadership.

About You

BS/MS in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
4+ years of experience deploying robotics or automation systems in real-world environments
Deep expertise in Linux, Python, networking, and hardware/software system interfacing
Proven track record solving hard technical problems at the intersection of robotics and customer needs
Strong communication and leadership skills; able to drive alignment across engineering, product, and external stakeholders
Passion for building scalable systems and driving real product improvements from field experience
Comfortable owning complex projects independently and mentoring others

Bonus Points

Led pilots or customer-focused technical programs in robotics or automation
Familiarity with ROS, safety standards, electromechanical systems, or industrial networks
Advanced programming skills (C++, TypeScript, Kotlin, etc.)
Experience contributing to SDKs, developer tools, or integration frameworks
Built reusable deployment tooling or scalable field support systems

Lead on-site commissioning, field testing, and iterative problem-solving with minimal supervision
