We are looking for a fast-learning, hands-on Solution Consultant to support our growing client base. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our product team, showcasing the power of Protocol AI through engaging demos, platform onboarding, and tailoring the platform to meet client-specific needs.

Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients

Master’s in Life Sciences or a related field
Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Comfortable with software tools and a willingness to get hands-on with configuration tasks
Experience working with clinical research or life sciences software is a strong plus
Knowledge of clinical trial protocols or regulatory documentation is a plus
Experience delivering training is a plus
