We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join Cleafy's Customer Operations team, helping leading financial institutions protect themselves from advanced cyber threats and fraud patterns.
In this role, you will design, validate, and guide the adoption of Cleafy's solutions within complex enterprise environments, ensuring customers get the maximum value from the platform across their fraud management lifecycle
You'll act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers and as a bridge between Customer Operations and Sales Engineering teams, ensuring both technical soundness and strategic alignment.
While your main focus will remain on solution design, you will also play an active role in pre-sales engagements, supporting feasibility assessments and architectural discussions for strategic opportunities.
Success in this Role Means
This role is open to both strong mid-level profiles ready to take the next step and experienced Solution Architects who want to work on strategic, high-impact projects.

Requirements- 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise in Solution Architecture, Professional Services, or Systems Integration within enterprise environments

Act as the technical reference during all stages of integration: assessment, design, configuration, testing, and production rollout
Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Executives during pre-sales activities by:
Evaluating technical feasibility of proposed solutions
Defining high-level architectures and integration approaches
Providing input for proposals and proofs of concept
Building integration real use cases and show them from demo environments
Supporting RFI/RFP processes, imprinting your know-how and vision strategy from the field
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring a consistent technical vision from pre-sales to go-live
Identify and anticipate technical or architectural risks, and propose mitigation strategies early in the process
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence product evolution
Contribute to internal playbooks, best practices, and documentation to strengthen the Solution Architecture practice
Proven experience leading or supporting integration projects, ideally in financial services, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention
Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data flows, APIs, and secure communication protocols
Technical expertise in at least two of the following areas:
Web Application Security / WAF
Application Delivery & Load Balancing
Endpoint or Mobile Security
Threat Detection & Incident Response
Network Management
Working knowledge of Cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker-based environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both technical and business audiences and turning complex technical topics into simple stories for executives
Fluency in English required; Spanish strongly preferred; Italian is a plus
