About The Role Abyss is looking for a Solution Architect to work on our flagship product, Abyss Fabric. As a Solutions Architect, your focus is on the enterprise workflows, architectures, and infrastructure that support oil & gas operators with their asset integrity business functions. As the key member of the implementation team, you will play a critical role in contributing to user adoption and value realization strategies surrounding our products. This includes, but is not limited to, workflow and customer journey ownership, technical design of manual and API integrations, and other product configuration requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in large-scale enterprise integrations with sophisticated mechanical integrity, inspection techniques, and maintenance best practices, and will play a key role in minimizing risks and optimizing asset performance
Integration Analysis:
Analyze and plan integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and other key industry platforms.
Creates high-level solution designs and workflows, aligning customer requirements with what Abyss can deliver.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and test integrations.
Customer Engagement & On-Boarding
Collaborate with customer success to understand and map out their technical and business needs.
Lead IT and digital onboarding processes with customer IT and digital ecosystem.
Provide hands-on guidance for integrating products into client environments.
Technical Consultation:
Act as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries and challenges.
Design and present customized solutions aligned with customer objectives.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure timely resolution.
Product Advocacy:
Identify operational gaps and opportunities where Abyss Solutions can deliver value.
Gather feedback to guide product improvements and Evangelise the adoption of new features
Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmaps.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
Partner with sales, product development, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and training.
Act as a trusted advisor for customers, building long-term relationships.
