Role Description

This is a remote, part-time internship role as a Solidworks Designer. The selected intern will create technical drawings, develop innovative designs using Solidworks, and engage in computer-aided design (CAD) tasks for Jigs & Fixture design. Responsibilities will also include contributing to research and development (R&D) activities, working on mechanical engineering concepts, and collaborating with teams to refine designs for industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Machine Design
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, specifically Solidworks
• Ability to contribute to Machine Tool Designs
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Passion for learning and applying sustainable design principles is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
