About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Quality Engineer (SQE) to join our core technical team dedicated to advancing our next-generation enterprise imaging platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance throughout the entire software development lifecycle. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining rigorous testing methodologies, with a focus on automation to ensure efficiency and consistency. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams to develop validation strategies that meet SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) standards and regulatory requirements such as FDA submissions. The candidate will lead quality initiatives for the platform’s validation, compliance, and release processes, ensuring clinical and technical rigor. Experience with cloud-based AI medical imaging products, API testing, and automation frameworks is essential. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of healthcare data standards like DICOM, HL7, and FHIR, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks including ISO 13485 and IEC 62304.
