About the Role

Job Title: Software Engineering Team Lead
Location: Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia

Department: Fleet Orchestration

Responsibilities

• Manage execution in the team, from data exploration to development to post-rollout monitoring
• Conduct code reviews and write code as needed
• Make impactful prioritization choices
• Oversee the team’s progress with quarterly goals (OKRs) and support the goal owner
• Ensure a good tech strategy and sound architecture
• Foster professional growth and motivation of team members, including mentoring on technical aspects
• Hire into the team when necessary

• Technical background in backend development

• Experience in a well-performing engineering team within a product company
