What the job involves
You will join our engineering team to build and maintain our flagship Continuous Security Testing and AI Red Teaming Platform
You will work on capabilities across SaaS web apps, from integrations that protect customer systems, to internal tooling that powers our AI threat intelligence
You will build, test, and continuously deliver small, high quality changes to production
You will pair program with others on the team to collaboratively build and share knowledge
You will work with product stakeholders to plan and design improvements to our platform
You will join customer calls to understand their needs and help design solutions
You will evolve our architecture to support changing commercial and customer needs
You will participate in an on-call rota to support the systems you are building
You will grow other engineers; sharing your experience, providing feedback and mentoring
