• Take individual contributor ownership of application features - to build, deploy and iterate upon them in Agile sprints
• Contribute to the design, architecture, research of Molten's core platform (which may include aspects of data transmission, security, back-end and front-end development)
• Test accuracy, performance and scalability to deploy robust systems for global user groups
• Collaborate with the business development team to best articulate the value proposition of product features to Molten's users, and with our technology partners to design and integrate broader solutions
• Work directly with the Chief Product Owner and Lead Engineers to align engineering objectives with the product vision and roadmap

Technical skill set: you are expected to have 3 to 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, developing web-based products, with proficiency in Python and Javascript. You should be comfortable with Agile development and continuous delivery. Experience with MongoDB, Vue.js, Pinia, Typescript, AI/LLMs and devops tools is a strength.  Media experience is a huge plus!
