Working Style:
Role & Goal:
Investigate, triage, and resolve bugs and software issues in production and staging environments
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to identify root causes and deliver timely, high-quality fixes
Monitor application logs, performance metrics, and error reports to proactively detect and address issues
Contribute to improving internal debugging tools, support workflows, and documentation

Ensure reliability, stability, and maintainability of software in active use
Remote Work with/ Hybrid Opportunity - We are a remote team with a hybrid office structure for Nashville area team members.
Participate in weekly team meetings and trainings - These are generally at 9 am or 3 pm CT but may vary based on events and team availability.
As an early-stage company, roles may change, and expand over time. You will have an opportunity to participate in lots of new initiatives and projects.
Attend and engage during 1-2 annual team meetings. These are generally 3 days, including travel.
Proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working with our stack: NestJS, Next.js, DocumentDB and PostgresQL
Experience building on a cloud platform like AWS
Nashville, TN or Indianapolis, IN proximity - Home service, franchise, or real estate experience
