Job Responsibility Overview:

Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging software for data collection using SECS/GEM protocol.

Qualifications:

·      Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing processes Deep understanding of the SECSGEM standards (SEMI E30 and related standard) Experience with SECSGEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocols.

Developing and integrating SECSGEM interfaces for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Configuring equipment to communicate with host systems (e.g., setting up communication parameters, defining data collection variables).
