Role Description

We’re hiring a full-time Software Engineer for our Pune office. You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems, apply solid object-oriented programming principles, and ensure high performance and reliability. You’ll work closely with product managers, frontend teams, and data scientists to deliver impactful product features.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Flask
Work with large datasets using NumPy and Pandas for analytics and transformations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions
Optimize backend performance, scalability, and security
Write clean, maintainable, testable code following industry best practices
Support deployments and cloud integrations

Requirements

3–8 years of professional backend development experience
Strong command of Python with hands-on experience in Flask (or similar frameworks)
Solid understanding of data manipulation using NumPy and Pandas
Experience building RESTful APIs and working with microservices

Nice to Have

Experience with RQ workers
Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience with AI/ML or data-driven applications
Knowledge of Docker
