What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and optimising backend services and APIs and building new features on nextjs dashboard.
• Working with state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) applications
• Deploying custom built smaller models
• Build platform for finetuning and testing.
• Build our multitenant SaaS platform.
• Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code in typescript, python, react, terraform, golang and optimise database and other infrastructure.
• Collaborating with the data science and engineering team to develop robust backend solutions to specific technical challenges
• Ensuring data security and privacy in all backend processes
• Presenting your work to various stakeholders
• Make use of agentic ai to bring efficiency in software development as well as our customer facing product,

Requirements

• Completed  B.E. or M.S. degree in software engineering, computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a similar degree with at least 1+ years of relevant experience including projects and internships
• Experience with backend development in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Familiarity with databases and creating efficient data structures
• A curious mindset and a deep desire to work with Generative AI systems. You are someone who regularly improves your technical skills, stays up-to-date on the latest breakthroughs with Large Language Models, and explores related tools and frameworks
• You deeply value data security and privacy and are cautious about the limitations of LLMs and other Generative AI systems
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts, and a proactive attitude towards knowledge sharing and documentation
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Git/Github

Bonus Points

• Experience working with LangChain or the OpenAI API
• Experience handling systems with production-level request volumes
• Experience with infrastructure
• You have your own vibe coding workflow that generates maintainable code.
