About the Role

Job Title: Software Engineer (Rust/C++/C/C#/Go)
Experience Required: > 2 years
Education Required: Bac +5 / Master

Job Description

• Write low-level code (experience in C, C++, Rust, etc.) with a good level of abstraction.
• Tenacious and quick learner, primarily writing complex software in Rust.
• Open to candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience, preferably from scale-ups.

Responsibilities

• Develop services using Rust (training provided for those willing to learn).
• Work with technologies such as:
  • Rust
  • PostgreSQL
  • gRPC
  • Docker
  • Parallel computing
  • Git
  • Debian
• Collaborate with the Backoffice Team, consisting of both Backend and Frontend Software Engineers.

Challenges

• Complexity: Manage e-commerce transactions involving multiple players.
• Performance: Handle tens of millions of articles and numerous web requests daily.
• Scalability: Ensure published code functions efficiently with increased volume.
