We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our customer-focused development team. You will be instrumental in implementing and designing powerful integrations and creating solutions that add value for our customers. Your work will directly influence the stability, performance, and seamless functionality of customer solutions and their experience with our platform.

Responsibilities

• Creating Impact: Build and maintain solutions that connect systems, delight customers, and drive tangible results.
• Collaborating: Work closely with solution architects to design solutions that align with customer needs and system architecture.
• Owning Your Work: Take responsibility for the maintenance and support of the code you build, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Ensuring Lifecycle Ownership: Handle monitoring, CI/CD, issue resolution, and automated testing for your solutions.

Our Tech Stack

• Python: Build robust connectors and solutions using Flask, FastAPI, and AWS Lambdas.
• REST APIs: Integrate systems with secure and efficient protocols.
• Databases: Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and manage state effectively.
• Monitoring & Logging: Utilize Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack to ensure top-notch performance.
• CI/CD: Leverage GitLab pipelines to streamline development processes.

Qualifications

You should apply if you possess:

• Experience in Python: Skilled in creating and maintaining integrations between systems.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with REST APIs, AWS Lambdas, and databases (both NoSQL and relational).
• Lifecycle Ownership: Confidence in monitoring, CI/CD, issue resolution, and automated testing.
• Agile Mindset: Proven success working in fast-paced, agile environments.
