We are looking for you if you can:

⮚      Apply a wide range of software engineering techniques and Python tooling — from clean, modular design to modern frameworks and libraries — in day-to-day development work.

⮚      Research, prototype, and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems across backend services, data processing, system integrations, or automation workflows.

⮚      Work with customer-provided datasets, APIs, or system inputs to evaluate, refine, and iteratively improve Python-based solutions.

⮚      Write performant, production-grade, robust Python code that aligns with the team’s best practices for quality, testing, maintainability, and documentation.

⮚      Maintain an agile, product-oriented mindset — balancing engineering excellence with delivering incremental customer value through simple, effective, and quickly deployable solutions.

⮚     Demonstrate passion, excitement, and real interest in what we do while being respectful of others and fun to work with

Optional:

⮚     Experience with chat or voice bots or RAG

⮚     Knowledge of low code frameworks

⮚     Experience with Application Containerization method and Application Containerization Engines (e.g. Docker)

⮚     Experience with web frameworks for building APIs with Python (e.g. FastAPI, Flask, Sanic)

You are:

⮚  Holding a Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar field

⮚  Proficient in English, both verbal and written

⮚  Hard worker, task, deliverables, and quality oriented

⮚  Highly knowledgeable and efficient in standards and documentation

⮚  Self-motivated, proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities

⮚  Fun to work with and be around, like we are

⮚  Passionate, enthusiastic and with a desire to meet objectives and company targets

⮚  Responsible and accountable, with multi-tasking abilities, sound judgment and professionalism

⮚  Efficient, organized, with problem solving and time management skills
