About The Role We are seeking experienced and passionate Software Engineers to join Pulumi’s dynamic team, focusing on extending our open-source platform and cloud programming models. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and maintaining Pulumi SDKs across multiple programming languages, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, reliability, and usability. You will lead projects from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with fellow engineers, community members, and customers to prototype new features, improve existing functionalities, and shape the future of cloud infrastructure management. Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Go, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, Rust, Kotlin, Scala, Haskell, Ruby, F#, or Lisp
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes
• Experience with building and deploying services in cloud environments and orchestration tools

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain open-source Pulumi SDKs across various programming languages
• Implement comprehensive test coverage and document design decisions clearly
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of codebases
• Lead projects from initial concept to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and community members
• Define product roadmaps and scope features based on team discussions and community feedback
• Engage with the Pulumi community by gathering user feedback, creating sample content, and promoting platform adoption
