About the Role

This is a part-time internship (10–25 hours/week) focused on building test cases, supporting QA efforts, and assisting with technical tasks across the platform. While the work does not require deep, platform-specific knowledge, it does require strong technical fundamentals and the ability to understand code and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain structured test cases for platform features and workflows
• Support QA and troubleshooting by reproducing issues and documenting results
• Assist with technical tasks across the product (backend and frontend support as needed)
• Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership (including the CTO and the EVP of Product)
• Help improve documentation and internal processes for testing and release readiness

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled undergraduate (or recent graduate) in CS, Engineering, or related field
• Comfortable reading and understanding code
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong experience documenting test results
• Interested in effective product and engineering collaboration
• Able to work remotely, with preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area (San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland) for occasional in-person mentoring meetings
• Able to work on your own device: A current Windows or macOS computer capable of running VPN and remote desktop software, plus a reliable internet connection.

Hourly compensation during the internship: $15-$30.
