Key Responsibilities

• Own the full testing lifecycle for specific product features or domains, ensuring consistent quality delivery.
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and automated test scripts across multiple testing levels.
• Develop and scale automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Cypress, and Testify in Python and TypeScript.
• Conduct manual and automated testing for functional, integration, regression, performance, API, and security use cases.
• Diagnose and document defects with clarity and technical precision, enabling fast resolution by the engineering team.
• Collaborate with customer support and product teams to investigate and reproduce real-world enterprise issues.
• Participate in early product design discussions to identify quality risks and validate technical assumptions.
• Validate complex end-to-end workflows involving SCIM, SSO, Entra ID, Google Workspace, and risk analysis pipelines.
• Enhance test infrastructure and CI pipelines for greater efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years in SDET, QA automation, or related software testing roles.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and defect lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Python, TypeScript).
• Strong debugging skills across web frontends, backends, and distributed cloud-based systems.
• Hands-on experience querying MongoDB (e.g., using find, aggregate, and pipeline operations).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in technical reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at the New York office five days per week.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting enterprise customers or handling high-severity production issues.
• Familiarity with identity protocols and integrations (e.g., SSO, SCIM, Entra ID, Google Workspace).
• Prior involvement in scaling test infrastructure and continuous integration pipelines.
