We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team responsible for building and maintaining our next-generation data pipelines and ETL infrastructure. Using a variety of technologies to deliver performant solutions, this team will play a significant role in FactSet's Digital Transformation by empowering our sophisticated user base that includes quantitative analysts, data scientists, and application developers.
As a Software Engineer on our team, you will design, develop, and maintain highly scalable data pipelines that are robust, efficient, and reliable. You will actively participate in our Agile/Scrum development process, contributing to regular sprint planning, daily standups, and iterative reviews to ensure continuous progress and improvement. Collaborating closely with stakeholders-including product managers, business analysts, and end users-you will help develop clear specifications and innovative features that directly address client needs and drive product excellence.
The ideal candidate shares our passion for data engineering, has experience with distributed applications, and possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills. The budgeted salary for this position in the states of Connecticut and New York is $100,000.00.
