Your Role: As a Software Engineer on the Product Team at Qualified, you’ll build the internal tooling that powers how we operate and support our customers. Our team emphasizes rapid experimentation and iteration, with engineers owning the delivery and success of features. This role involves tackling challenging technical problems — from streamlining troubleshooting workflows to developing systems that help teams uncover root causes faster. You will lead projects end-to-end, from identifying pain points to coding, testing, and deployment, while upholding high standards of quality. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams, gathering immediate feedback to ensure your solutions deliver real impact and enhance our operational capabilities and processes.
