Job Summary:
As a
Software Engineer (DevOps)
, you will play a critical role in building, operating, and continuously improving the cloud infrastructure that powers our digital platform. This role is primarily focused on DevOps ownership—including infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, reliability, and security—while also contributing to application quality through QA automation, defect resolution, and feature development as needed.
You will design and manage scalable AWS infrastructure, optimize deployment pipelines, and ensure high system availability and performance. In addition, you will work closely with Engineering and QA teams to strengthen automated testing frameworks, troubleshoot and resolve production and pre-production issues, and support the implementation of new features.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines leveraging AWS services (e.g. CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy) and/or third-party tools.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience building production-grade software, including 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and operating cloud-based infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related technical engineering field.
- Strong experience operating production workloads on AWS, including core services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and SQL
The base salary range for this role is
$100,000 - $130,000.
