We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong background in backend development, data warehouses, and data pipelines to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing features online end-to-end — from designing and implementing server-side logic to building and maintaining the underlying data pipelines and storage systems. You should be excited about working across backend services and data infrastructure simultaneously to deliver complete, production-ready solutions. You will play a key role in building world-class systems for cutting-edge B2B monetization solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across both application logic and data operations. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable backend systems for B2B monetization platforms; building and operating data pipelines and data warehouse integrations; collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and launch new features end-to-end; developing high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code and libraries; integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic; implementing security best practices and data protection strategies; maintaining and optimizing database systems, data warehouses, and pipeline performance; and documenting technical designs, code, system architectures, and operational practices. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 3+ years of backend software development experience; hands-on experience with data pipelines and/or data warehouse technologies; proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, or Python; strong understanding of server-side architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred); solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration; experience with SQL, NoSQL, and data processing frameworks; strong problem-solving skills; and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
