Start-up activity

DIAGNOLY is a DeepTech start-up headquartered in Lyon, France. Our aim is to improve fetal screening and simplify obstetric ultrasound scanning for the doctor. To do so, we are developing an intelligent medical software device that connects to ultrasound machines. Analyzing the fetal examination in real time, our product will help doctors to detect the most complex fetal pathologies prenatally.

Increasing significantly prenatal detection rate of fetal pathologies, our product will reduce the risk of lifelong disabilities, handicap or lethal outcomes for concerned babies.

Profile

Student doing a Master 2 or in his/her last year of an engineering degree in Computer Science

Internship topic

• Develop End-to-End (E2E) tests simulating real user interactions with our app in both iOS and Android platforms
• Develop performance test to ensure the time the software takes to compute the results
• Develop the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) approach in Gitlab
• Help improve stability and robustness of the application by refactoring the code, improving the build processes, and improving the current crash report system.

Required

• Knowledge of Kotlin and/or Swift
• More than knowledge of a specific language or framework, we are looking for good software engineering skills and flexibility to discover new skills

Preferred

• DevOps skills
• Knowledge of git or another version control software
• Knowledge of a testing framework like Espresso or Compose UI test

Conditions

• Remuneration: 1000€
• Start date: Early 2026
• Duration: 6 months
• Office: Terra Mundi 2 place de Francfort 69003 Lyon (remote work is not possible)
