Job Summary:
Tennis Channel is seeking a passionate Level 1 Software Development Engineer to join their DTC streaming team. This role focuses on blending software development, QA, and innovation to enhance the streaming experience for tennis fans.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute automated/manual test plans to ensure platform reliability.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with engineers to resolve issues.
• Validate new features (e.g., live streaming, interactive elements) for performance and usability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across frontend, backend, and APIs.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize streaming performance.
• Support new feature development, third-party integrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Explore innovative solutions to enhance user engagement (e.g., real-time stats, personalized content).
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliverables.
• Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and testing protocols.
Qualifications:
Required:
