We are looking for a highly skilled SoC/System Architect who will lead architecture definition and technical feasibility analysis for HPC/AI/Vision/Multi-media/Automotive/etc. SoC. The role focuses on early-stage customer requirement analysis, system-level design feasibility analysis, and architectural optimization to achieve best-in-class performance, power, and area (PPA).
Principal Accountabilities
- Technical Feasibility & Early-Stage Architecture Review
- Lead technical reviews in the feasibility/RFQ phase to assess SoC viability.
- Analyze customer requirements and convert them into system-level architectural concepts.
- Build optimization strategies based on performance, efficiency, and integration potential.
- SoC/System Architecture Definition
- Define and review architecture across compute, memory, interconnect, multimedia, and interface subsystems.
- Identify missing IPs, subsystem bottlenecks, and HW/SW interface inefficiencies.
- Drive architectural improvements and system partitioning to meet PPA targets.
- Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) Optimization
- Conduct stage-by-stage PPA analysis across design phases.
- Derive practical optimization directions for architecture, logic design, and floorplanning teams.
- Collaborate with implementation engineers to realize architecture intent in physical design.
- Cross-Team Technical Collaboration
- Communicate architectural feedback to customer and internal design teams.
- Contribute to design methodology and roadmap
Key Performance Measures
- Strong ownership and system-level thinking.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose architecture-driven solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with clear technical communication and leadership.
Qualifications
