That's where you come in.
What This Role Is
We are not looking for someone to just run our Instagram. This role is for someone who can manage the uploads, calendar updates, thumbnail, caption rewrites, late approvals while also owning the creative workflows that turn scattered ideas into finished content across platforms.
You will work closely with editors, founders, and our creative team to run multiple YouTube-led content streams, manage cross-platform publishing, and keep our growing media ecosystem structured and moving.
It is not a strategy role. It is an own-everything-and-get-things-shipped role.
But you will be doing it in a space where AI tools, fast iteration, and creative autonomy are not perks, they are the default.
What You Will Be Doing
Managing YouTube content pipelines across multiple channels, Shorts, long-form, SEO, uploads, thumbnails, playlists
Running multi-channel content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms
Owning post-production coordination, briefs, deadlines, approvals, thumbnails, copy, and publishing

Leveraging AI tools to streamline planning, copywriting, editing, repurposing, and beyond
You have managed social media operations for a brand, agency, or creator setup before
You understand YouTube as a system, not just as a video platform
You are comfortable working across tools, timelines, stakeholders, and moving parts
You love clean calendars, fixed naming conventions, and version-controlled folders
You are happy working behind the scenes, but you think like a builder
You have used (or want to dive deeper into) AI tools for creative workflows like ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, etc.
Know how to write or review social copy and thumbnails
Have worked with freelancers, editors, or vendors before
Understand basic automation tools (like n8n, etc.)
Have contributed to a YouTube channel that grew from scratch or tried to build your own
