About the role
We're looking for a video-obsessed creator who lives and breathes short-form content — someone who shoots, edits, and posts without being asked twice. You'll work in person with our founder, get them on camera, and turn everyday moments into content that actually gets watched. Think less polished agency work, more raw authentic volume — the kind of account that posts every single day and makes it look effortless.
You'll deep-dive into our product until you understand it inside out, then use that knowledge to produce content that connects with real people. When you're not filming, you're designing static posts in Canva and learning Screen Studio to produce slick product demo clips.
This role has a clear path to full-time for the right person. We're building something — and we want someone who wants to grow with it.

What you'll own
- Post a high volume of TikToks and Reels — this is a posting role, not a planning role
- Get in front of the camera confidently and make it look natural — you're comfortable being the face and pulling the founder in too
- Film, edit, and publish content fast — same-day turnaround is the standard, not the exception
- Deeply understand our product so you can explain, demo, and sell it through video without a script
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand before they're overdone
- Design static Instagram posts and carousels in Canva when you're off camera
- Learn and use Screen Studio to produce clean product walkthroughs and demo clips
What we're looking for
- Completely at ease on camera — natural, energetic, and watchable without heavy direction
- Fast editor who can get a video from filmed to posted without a 3-day production cycle
- Deep understanding of what makes TikTok and Instagram Reels perform — hooks, pacing, audio, format
- Genuinely curious about tech and SaaS — you'll need to learn the product and make it interesting
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding to know what to post next
- Based in London and available to work in person 20 hours a week
- Basic Canva skills for static posts and story graphics

- You need a full brief and approval process before you hit record
- You're camera shy or prefer to stay behind the scenes
- You post once a week
- B2B or tech products don't excite you
