Graphic Designer (Social Media, Reels & Video Editing)

ROLE OVERVIEW

MagicalXR is looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer who can handle social media design, short-form video editing, and reel creation. The role is ideal for someone who understands digital-first content and is comfortable using AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and output quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will create social media creatives including static posts and carousel designs aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. You will also edit short-form videos and Instagram Reels, handling cuts, transitions, text animations, music syncing, and basic motion graphics. You will ideate and execute reel concepts based on current trends, campaigns, and brand requirements. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars and deliver creatives on time.

You are expected to use AI tools for generating and enhancing images, videos, backgrounds, mockups, and creative concepts, and refine them into polished, brand-ready assets.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form social media videos.
Good understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform best practices.
Ability to use AI tools for image and video generation and creative support.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media content creation or graphic design for digital platforms.
A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and reels is mandatory.
