We’re hiring a hands-on social media content creator

who plans, creates, films, edits, and publishes content end to end.

This is a maker role

, not management. You will be creating the work yourself.

You’ll work across at least three founder-led brands:

• Transcending Monkeys

  – digital growth, media, AI

• Space Penguin

  – workspaces, places, community

• CURAETR

  – art, culture, meaningful objects

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish original content across:

• Instagram / Meta (primary)

• Reels & short-form video

Create:

• Short-form social video optimised for Instagram

• Location-led and story-driven content (especially for Space Penguin)

• Founder-led and voice-driven content

Who This Is For

• A creator who is Instagram-first and video-led
• Someone comfortable filming, editing, and publishing consistently
• A self-directed creator who works well independently
• Someone who understands how content drives attention, trust, and action

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience creating original social video content (Instagram-focused)
• Strong creative judgement and storytelling ability
• End-to-end content execution skills
• Ability to switch tone across multiple brands
• High reliability and ownership
