Position Description

Job Duties

• Collaborates with the Digital Marketing Manager and agency partners on social media content planning and creation, including writing post copy and capturing photos and videos.
• Monitoring and replying to incoming social media messages and mentions.
• Develop and review reports on social media content performance.
• With guidance from manager, implement digital marketing campaigns as client needs arise on Meta, Spotify, Reddit, LinkedIn and more.
• Add, edit or remove content from MSP Airport and MAC websites.

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program OR be a recent graduate (within 12 months from posting date) in marketing, communications or a related field. Applicants with relevant experience with a different degree program are also welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with or a user of Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience creating social media content for a business or organization.
• Knowledge of social media analytics to inform content decisions.
• Ability to update and publish content using a website content management system.
