We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves social platforms, understands digital behavior, and enjoys turning data into actionable learnings. You’ll help ideate and evaluate content, track emerging trends, schedule content across channels, and support overall social strategy for our major IPs - Pocoyo, Heykids, Rabbids & Maya The Bee.
Responsibilities
Help monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to support community building and brand engagement
Assist in gathering and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate organic performance and campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Help build, update, and maintain social media performance dashboards to clearly visualize metrics, track growth, and support data-driven decision-making.
Plan and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok using native scheduling features.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, engaging content ideas and use tools like CapCut for quick edits.
Outcomes

Build a strong grasp of the audience and goals behind each IP to better understand the social media strategy specific to each IP
Build a strong understanding of the kids' content landscape on social media.
