Our flagship product — the Esper Hand — is an AI-driven prosthesis that learns from the user. We’re expanding fast in the U.S. and looking for a hands-on commercial leader who can help us break into one of the most conservative and monopolized markets in healthcare — prosthetics.

Role Overview

If you love social media not for the trends, but for the storytelling and creativity behind it — you’re exactly who we’re looking for. You’ll help shape how the world sees Esper Bionics and the products we build.

Key Responsibilities

Owning Esper’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok — shaping the voice, vibe, and story across all channels.
Communicate with our audience: respond to comments, DMs, questions; engage with users and community, partner pages.
Creating and shaping content ideas from scratch — developing concepts, producing some content independently (photos, videos, short-form), and coordinating or supporting professional photo/video shoots.
Working closely with Esperusers and ambassadors to share inspiring stories.
Organizing and coordinating video/photo shoot.
Keeping our content calendar moving: planning, publishing, adjusting, and experimenting.

Skills & Experience

Experience in social media, content creation, community management, or a similar role.
Someone who knows how to speak to both B2B and B2C audiences.
Experience working with creatives and coordinating the whole production flow.
Strong sense of visual and narrative style.
English: Upper-Intermediate+
Portfolio is a must — links to social accounts you’ve run, videos you made, stories you shaped, or anything that shows your style and thinking.
