Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a SMM-Manager with a track record;

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present information;

Fluent in Ukrainian, at least B2 in English;

Proficiency in using LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate content creation, research, and daily workflows.

Nice to have:

Experience working with military units or volunteer organizations.

Responsibilities:

Own and execute the company’s social media strategy.

Plan and produce content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook — from concept to publication.

Prepare briefs for designers and coordinate photo and video production.

Engage with the community across social platforms: comments, messages, and inquiries.

Initiate creative collaborations and continuously experiment with new formats and approaches.

Track performance, analyze results, and prepare reports.
